thank you. wait. btw, callista? you have a blog called "sell your graphic calculators"?? that reminds me mine is lying around useless too.. should've taken out the batteries, i kept forgetting.

i've finally reached. for the moment i'm staying with my aunt and uncle in this village called Wemmetsweiler in the province of Saarland. It was about 1.5 hours' drive away from Frankfurt. (if you drive at 110 km/hr, which my aunt did). weather's too cold for me most of the time, though the sun's pretty strong. it's not that cold. but it's a mountainous region, so yeah maybe something like our sec3 efl.

i have terrible feeling i'm gonna gain weight. i mean, honestly i've been eating a lot. oh and i'm eating meat. today my cousin's ex-babysitter came to cook for me (to babysit me? haha). she cooked this asparagus thing with potato and a flat sausage (it tastes like sausage but it comes in flat slices). food's really good. which is kind of bad for people like me who gain weight easily. yeah then she talked a lot about how her cellar got flooded (apparently it stormed ytd, i was too soundly asleep to notice), and other things. i didn't understand 60% of her sentences, so i decided to just smile and nod my head furiously and occasionally ask pertinent questions WHEN I DO understand. haha so it appeared like my german was not bad. she's 85 and she's even lived through wwII. and she's freaking healthy.

FACT1: they all drink sparkling water. i personally prefer normal water, that thing is too gassy for me.

this was 9.30 PM. we went for a walk near the forest after a heavy dinner.

where i'm staying, and their cat niki (below) [looks angry, huh?]:
